STARGA provides:

Mind Programming Language: A systems programming language for AI workloads, including compiler and runtime.
Mind Cloud: Hosted services for compilation, execution, and monitoring.
Enterprise Services: On-premises deployment, support, and training.
Open Source Tools: Apache 2.0 licensed compiler and runtime components.

3. Open Source License

The Mind compiler and core runtime are released under the Apache License 2.0. Your use of these open-source components is governed by the Apache 2.0 license, not these Terms of Service. These terms apply to our hosted services, website, and proprietary features.

4. Account Registration

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
